Publishing & Audio Executive

Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic Publishing & Audio team, where you'll be at the forefront of planning and buying across Print, Digital, and Audio Media. Working alongside 20+ skilled professionals, you'll collaborate with Communications Planners and other Activation Teams to create cutting-edge, integrated solutions that address our clients' biggest challenges. Expect to build strong, lasting relationships with top brands by delivering exceptional service, high-quality work, and bold, proactive ideas.

As part of the Investment Team, you'll represent both the agency and our clients in the fast-evolving Media and Technology Marketplace. You'll combine traditional planning and negotiation expertise with innovative programmatic solutions, partnering with traders to assess new inventory sources and technology partners that push boundaries.

With a wide-ranging client base, you'll get hands-on experience in both Brand and Performance activations on regional, national, and global scales—opening the door to endless learning, development, and the chance to make a real impact.

What will you be doing:

  • Assist with executing Digital Display, Print, and Audio campaigns.
  • Report regularly in Excel and client dashboards.
  • Manage relationships with Planning teams, clients, and suppliers.
  • Serve as a key Investment contact for Planning teams.
  • Coordinate creative assets, insertion orders, and campaign documentation.
  • Traffic campaigns into technology platforms.
  • Address internal tracking and status inquiries.
  • Uphold process standards, professionalism, and accuracy.
  • Ensure adherence to finance protocols, including reconciliations and queries.
  • Engage in knowledge sharing to enhance campaign performance.
Qualifications

What are we looking for?

  • Interest in advertising and technology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Effective communicator.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
